Brooklyn Brew Shop Class: Tue. Jan. 24th 2012

We're excited to host our friends Stephen Valand and Erica Shea from the Brooklyn Brew Shop, as they swing through the windy city later this month. Stephen & Erica will be giving a lecture on small batch all-grain brewing in Brew Camp's new classroom. Now anybody with a stove and pot can make good beer at home. The cost of the class includes a copy of their new book: Brooklyn Brew Shop's Beer Making Book: 52 Seasonal Recipes for Small Batches
